As we wrap up everything this morning… • Do you recognize Jesus as both King and Sacrificial Lamb? • Are you marked by the blood of the Lamb through faith and obedience? I encourage you to imagine yourself back in Egypt at the night of the original Passover. Your firstborn son’s life truly depended upon the decision you were about to make. Do I obey God or not? It was a simple question then and it is a simple question now. Examine your hearts to determine if you are truly marked by the blood of the Lamb. Palm Sunday ties the ancient story of Passover to the New Covenant in Christ, showing God’s unchanging plan to redeem His people. As we cry, "Hosanna," let our hearts overflow with gratitude for the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world. May we walk through this Holy Week with renewed faith, hope, and love.
